Job Description
<div>ROLE<br />
As a Key Account Manager at Sleepy Owl, you will have the opportunity to develop & build one of<br />
the most exciting Coffee brands on E-commerce platforms. As a KAM, you will be responsible for<br />
the development & execution of the Annual Business Plan, forecasting, fiscal sales delivery,<br />
margin management, participating in demand generation initiatives,timelylaunchofnewproducts,<br />
availability for all key SKUs on the platform, and end-to-end delivery of the brand for the concerned<br />
platforms.Therolewill provide a candidate with the unique opportunity to develop one of the most<br />
exciting coffee brands on the E-commerce platform.<br />
RESPONSIBILITIES<br />

<div>• Maximizing revenue and ensuring delivery of the monthly, and annual sales objectives-<br />
Topline</div>
<div>• Co-Ownership of P&L: Margin/Promo Management to ensure profitability across products<br />
• Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization<br />
to achieve business goals.<br />
• Analyze sales, business intelligence reports, and marketplace data to devise/re- devise the<br />
short term and long-termapproach<br />
• Collaborate on the demand generation activities on the platform that are key for business<br />
targetdelivery<br />
Market Understanding & Business Strategy<br />
• Development of Annual Business Plan and execution of all planned activities<br />
• Being updatedwith the latest developments of the category, competition, market and being<br />
adaptive and agile enough to redevise the tactics to assert/maintain marketspace<br />
dominance<br />
• Evaluate and optimize pricing/promo strategies basis competition and market trends<br />
• Influence with Actions/Leadership: Translate strategies into actions by liaising and<br />
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders</div>
<div>Stakeholder Management<br />
• Maintain great relationship with Account stakeholders to drive business requirements &<br />
increase SOV of mind space<br />
• Understanding the terms and aspects of the platform to ensure streamlined execution<br />
• Ensure high-share of mind from the vendor. Build deep ties.<br />
• Make vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category<br />
Fulfillment and Inventory<br />
• Collaboratingwithplatform&employingtherightmethodscombinedwithmarket knowledge<br />
to forecast the volume<br />
• Develop & manage a strategy to ensure the right fulfillment level for the optimal selection of<br />
products/SKUs<br />
• Management of inventory&ensure theideal levelofstock holdingacrossSKUs<br />
• RallyingwiththestakeholderstoensureavailabilityoftherightSKUs,attheright places, at the<br />
right time</div>
<div>QUALIFICATIONS<br />
• MBA/PGDM (preferably in Sales and Marketing)<br />
• Min 2 years of experience managing category for an E-commerce platform or as a Key<br />
Account Manager for an E-commerce platform<br />
• Great stakeholder managementskills<br />
• Robust in communication- Written and Verbal<br />
• Strong at analyzing business data, and insight generation<br />
• Knowledge of AMS and Paid Marketing</div>
