Job Description
As a Brand Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive brand strategies for global brands in India and Indian brands across the globe. Your role will encompass public relations, customer relationship management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and community development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Public Relations (PR): o Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. o Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, organizing press conferences, and building relationships with key media contacts. o Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): o Design and execute CRM campaigns to foster customer loyalty and retention. o Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data and segment audiences for targeted marketing efforts. o Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 3. Influencer Marketing: o Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers to amplify brand messages. o Develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with overall brand strategy. o Monitor and report on influencer performance and campaign effectiveness. 4. Social Media Marketing: o Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms. o Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and drives brand awareness. o Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and strategy. 5. Community Development: o Foster and grow online and offline brand communities to build brand loyalty and advocacy. o Organize and manage community events, both virtual and in-person. o Engage with community members, addressing their concerns and feedback promptly. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ● Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on PR, CRM, influencer marketing, social media marketing, and community development. ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in D2C. ● Strong understanding of the Indian market and cultural nuances. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficient in CRM software, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications: ● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Experience working with global brands. ● Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
