Job Summary

The AI Program Manager will spearhead AI-driven transformation initiatives across Kedaara's portfolio companies and within Kedaara itself. This role is crucial for identifying AI opportunities, creating and managing roadmaps, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring successful implementation that leads to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Across Portfolio Companies:

  • Identify high-impact AI use cases that can drive significant value.
  • Build phased AI roadmaps for systematic implementation.
  • Drive pilots and scaled implementations of AI solutions.
  • Coordinate with management teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Lead adoption and change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Ensure measurable business outcomes from AI projects.

• Within Kedaara:

  • Identify internal AI use cases across investment, operations, and support teams.
  • Define and shape Kedaara’s internal AI roadmap.
  • Evaluate and support the implementation of AI tools and workflows.
  • Enhance internal productivity, knowledge access, research, diligence support, and decision-making through AI.
  • Drive adoption, training, and practical enablement across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8–15 years in transformation, consulting, program leadership, enterprise technology, digital, or AI-related roles.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and practices.
  • Proven capability in leading cross-functional transformation in medium or large organizations.
  • Familiarity with business operations and processes.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Practical, structured, and execution-focused mindset.
