Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Description<br /> Job Responsibilities<br /> ● Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions across all levels,<br /> departments & locations.<br /> ● Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective<br /> manner<br /> ● Design and drive employee referral programs<br /> ● Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.<br /> ● Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring<br /> candidates.<br /> ● Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting / talent acquisition related<br /> matters.<br /> ● Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements.<br /> ● Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.<br /> Job Skills Required<br /> ● Excellent in sourcing candidates using online & offline channels<br /> ● Excellent interviewing & candidate assessment skills and driving the entire recruitment<br /> process<br /> ● Competent in understanding and job descriptions for new roles<br /> ● Proven experience in planning recruitment strategy and executing the same<br /> ● Experience required both in volume and niche hiring<br /> ● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the<br /> company<br /> Experience : 2 - 4yrs
