Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Description
Job Responsibilities
● Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions across all levels,
departments & locations.
● Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective
manner
● Design and drive employee referral programs
● Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of the position.
● Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment, and interviews for hiring
candidates.
● Provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various recruiting / talent acquisition related
matters.
● Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
● Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
Job Skills Required
● Excellent in sourcing candidates using online & offline channels
● Excellent interviewing & candidate assessment skills and driving the entire recruitment
process
● Competent in understanding and job descriptions for new roles
● Proven experience in planning recruitment strategy and executing the same
● Experience required both in volume and niche hiring
● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
company
Experience : 2 - 4yrs
