Job Summary

The Recruitment (AM/DM) role is crucial for managing recruitment activities across India. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring the acquisition of qualified candidates to meet the organization's talent needs.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment activities across all of India through various sources.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing and screening qualified CVs.
• Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates, and coordinating with related departments.
• Salary negotiation with selected candidates.
• Performing reference checks and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners, responsible until the candidate's joining.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA required.
• Experience: 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Age Range: 27 to 32 years.
• Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.
• Industry Exposure: Non-IT recruitment, hardcore sales recruitment, mid, senior, and leadership hiring, and headhunting.
• Functionality Reporting: Manager/Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with emerging recruitment technologies and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

4 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing qualified candidates in non-IT and hardcore sales sectors.

Environment

• Typical work setting may include office-based environments with standard Expectation for performance and collaboration.
• Travel is not required for this position.
