Senior JAVA Azure Developer (AWS to Azure Migration Expert)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior JAVA Azure Developers with expertise in migrating cloud environments from AWS to Azure. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Java development using Spring Boot, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and deep knowledge of Azure cloud services. This role is critical in supporting our cloud migration initiatives and ensuring seamless transition and integration of applications to the Azure platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Lead and execute cloud migration projects from AWS to Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and application deployment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability on Azure cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Proven expertise in migrating applications and infrastructure from AWS to Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) or AWS.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Demonstrated experience in AWS to Azure migration projects.

Environment

• Contract position with Work From Office (WFO) mode.
• Job locations include Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Pune.
• Collaborative office environment with opportunities to work alongside cloud and development teams.

Salary

• Salary range: ₹7.5 Lakh to ₹9 Lakh per annum (INR).
