•    Conduct comprehensive credit evaluation of new and existing clients in the high yield private credit space. •    Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them. •    End to end deal closure including finalization of the transaction structure, term sheet negotiation and legal documentation. •    Monitoring existing portfolio investments. •    Interacting with the company management on a periodic basis. •    Preparing internal/external notes/updates/presentation •    Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals
