What you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 5-10 years of experience in data analytics in either ecommerce, contact center BPO, edtech, B2C or related company dealing with large data sets of multiple processes 
• Experience with regression analysis, hypothesis testing, segmentation and cluster analyses, and moderate knowledge of statistics
• Proven track record of developing and implementing analytical models to achieve business goals and objectives with clear and tangible metrics
• Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders.
• Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), SQL/Python/R/VBA
• Professional experience in managing a team of Data Visualization or Data Analytics specialists
• Analytical and comfortable with numbers. Can define the analysis structure, interpret data, and think on your feet
• Ability to work well with and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
• Eagerness to pitch new ideas, take initiatives, and look for opportunities for improvements
• Experience in Data Science, AI / ML will be an added advantage
