Job Description

  • Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy’s products & services for the US market focusing on the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc. 
  • Set ambitious revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to over-deliver and implement sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales
  • Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts
  • Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals
  • Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills

This role is pivotal in driving Elchemy’s growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Personal Care, Flavors & Fragrance sectors, and achieving long-term business success.

 

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in sales/business development along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector.
  • Experience of International Sales in the US Market
  • Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills 
  • Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
