Role: Ecommerce Lead
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Lead to manage and scale our online marketplace operations across India and global markets. This role requires strong team management, project execution, and marketplace expertise to drive revenue growth of ₹2-3 crores.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the e-commerce team, ensuring seamless execution across platforms.
Oversee and optimize marketplace operations to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Scale up existing e-commerce channels and identify new growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally to improve product listings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and drive operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in handling marketplaces for e-commerce brands (brand-side only).
Strong team management and project execution skills.
Ability to strategize and scale marketplace performance.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and international marketplaces.
