The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s<br />
largest online merchandising platform with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to<br />
name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows,<br />
and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to<br />
core men and women wear apparel categories, we have introduced new product lines in the existing<br />
categories like active wear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes, and the<br />
very recently launched footwear and kidswear categories.<br />
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have<br />
five offline stores in Mumbai, one in Pune, one in Bangalore, one in Delhi, with plans for expansion pan<br />
India.<br />

Position Summary<br />
The incumbent will own the overall DTC business, including P&L ownership, category<br />
management, and media planning<br />

<div>Responsibilities<br />
- Run the growth team and have overall ownership of revenue, user acquisition, and media<br />
efficiency.<br />
- Lead the category teams and work with X - functions – ad design, ad production, supply<br />
chain, product, and data – to ensure optimal product assortment and communications on<br />
virtual storefronts and marketing channels.<br />
- Lead the ads team to deliver profitable growth through planning, budgeting, and<br />
optimization.<br />
- Drive innovation in ad formats and media platforms like InMobi, MX Taktak, Moj etc.<br />
- Spearhead retention initiatives to drive customer lifetime value.<br />
- Continuously coach and build capability in the growth marketing team.</div>

<div>Experience<br />
- 8+ years of experience of direct growth ownership in an e-commerce, digital first<br />
environment.<br />
- Prior experience managing a team and multiple parallel workstreams.<br />
- DTC experience will be a plus.</div>
