Sr Program Manager – Digital Transformation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Program Director with extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Executive Program Management. The role requires working closely with C-suite executives, Boards, and regulators to drive large-scale transformation programs, ensuring measurable outcomes across financial services, technology, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation and AI programs, delivering measurable impact across multiple industries.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and regulatory bodies, including alignment with the UAE Central Bank’s FIT Program.
• Support the rollout and adoption of key initiatives in UAE banking such as Jaywan, Aani, Digital Dirham, eKYC Platform, and Open Finance Regulation.
• Drive initiatives like UAE's Open Finance regulation and sustainable finance programs to enhance consumer protection, financial stability, and digital transformation in line with the UAE's digital economy vision.
• Oversee regulatory modernization programs to streamline financial services and strengthen financial stability.
• Manage multi-disciplinary squads and stakeholders across business, technology, and regulatory ecosystems.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader at global forums, executive workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of proven experience in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Program/Project Management, and Innovation.
• Ability to run large scale programs in digital transformations, preferably within UAE banks.
• Expertise in Banking/Financial Services transformation with hands-on experience in regulatory-driven programs.
• Strong track record of working with boards, C-suite executives, and regulators on complex transformation programs.
• Knowledge of emerging financial infrastructure solutions (e.g., Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), instant payments, Open Finance, digital ID).
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Certifications in PMP, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Design Thinking, Innovation, Leadership, and Coaching.
• Strong academic background, preferably with international exposure.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to bridge business strategy, technology innovation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong executive presence with excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE’s digital economy, regulatory priorities, and national transformation programs.

Experience

• Minimum of 18 years in relevant fields such as Digital Transformation and Program Management, with specific experience in banking preferred.
