Job Description
Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead and scale our presence across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. This role will own end-to-end account management, drive revenue growth, and ensure best-in-class execution across these high-impact channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Own P&L and revenue growth across all quick commerce accounts
Build and manage senior relationships with platform teams; drive joint business plans
Lead assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility to maximize platform performance
Ensure strong execution across listings, availability, and inventory management
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and category teams
Lead and mentor a team of Junior KAMs, driving performance and capability building
Leverage data and platform insights to identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
5–8 years of experience in e-commerce / quick commerce / modern trade
Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms and growth levers
Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering business impact
Tier 1 / Tier 2 educational background preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
High ownership, analytical thinking, and execution excellence
Reporting To: Head of E-commerce
