We deliver more than 8 million digital rewards for our 250+ clients every year.<br /> <br /> • VIBE WITH US<br /> Seek a high-energy, driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel enterprise growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. This role demands strong hustle, sharp research skills, and the ability to spark impactful conversations with CXO and senior stakeholders. As a frontline contributor, you will play a pivotal role in building a robust enterprise pipeline, enabling the sales team to win new logos and expand Edenred’s presence across key markets.<br /> • Research and identify potential customers across target industries and segments<br /> • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels<br /> • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (ICP, need, budget, authority, timeline)<br /> • Identify key decision-makers and map buying personas within target accounts<br /> • Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to Business Development / Sales Managers<br /> • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)<br /> • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and inbound inquiries<br /> • Continuously improve messaging, pitch quality, and objection handling<br /> • VIBE WITH YOU<br /> − Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.<br /> − 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)<br /> − Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br /> − Comfortable with high-volume outreach and goal-driven environments<br /> − Ability to understand business problems and position value-led conversations<br /> − Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to build a career in enterprise sales<br /> Preferred Skills:<br /> − Experience in B2B SaaS, Loyalty, HR Tech, Fintech, or Enterprise Solutions<br /> − Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms<br /> − Strong research and account-mapping skills<br /> − Ability to work closely with senior sales stakeholders<br />
