Expense Management: ○ Record and manage all company expenses accurately in the accounting system. ○ Review and verify expense reports and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies. ○ Ensure timely processing of employee reimbursements and vendor payments. 2. Financial Reporting: ○ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports. ○ Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing detailed expense data. ○ Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. 3. Compliance and Audit: ○ Ensure all expense transactions comply with company policies and statutory regulations. ○ Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. ○ Monitor and enforce adherence to expense policies and procedures. 4. Record Keeping: ○ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all expense transactions. ○ Ensure proper documentation and filing of expense reports and related documents. ○ Reconcile expense accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 5.
