Job Summary
The Management Representative & Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role serves as the primary liaison with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies for quality-related matters, ensuring effective quality assurance across manufacturing, inspection, testing, and documentation activities.
Responsibilities
- Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and improve the QMS in accordance with standards such as API Q1, ISO 9001, or other applicable industry requirements. Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records. Ensure effective document control and retention of quality records.
- Management Representative Duties: Act as the designated Management Representative for the QMS. Coordinate management review meetings and present QMS performance metrics. Ensure customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
- Compliance & Certification: Coordinate external audits, surveillance audits, and certification activities. Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Liaise with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify quality risks and opportunities and maintain risk registers. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct quality-related training and awareness programs. Support departmental teams in implementing quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certifications in quality management or auditing are preferred.
- Certified Internal Auditor for API Q1, ISO 9001/IMS (ISO: 9001, 14001, 45001).

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
- Root cause analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a digitalized management system environment, including electronic document control.
- Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and certification requirements.

Experience
- Experience in quality management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations.
- Hands-on experience with API Q1/ISO 9001 implementation and external audits.
