SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary

The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring that the financial systems are aligned with business needs, thus contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial accounting processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP FICO module.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring SAP FICO aligns with business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO features and functionality to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO module configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management) or SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Certification in SAP FICO.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience specifically focused on SAP FICO implementation and consulting roles.
