Job Summary

The JBPM Architect will design and implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using JBPM and related technologies. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders to create efficient workflows that align with enterprise architecture standards. This position is crucial for driving BPM excellence and mentoring junior developers within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement BPM solutions using JBPM and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Optimize and maintain existing JBPM implementations.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in JBPM, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and workflow engines.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating JBPM with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and development is required.

• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire

Salary

CTC: ₹25 LPA to ₹28 LPA
