To know more about Konverz AI and Kognoz visit us at www.konverz.ai and www.kognozconsulting.com Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping • Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in Tally. • Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closures. Accounts Receivable (AR) • Prepare and issue client invoices in coordination with business and operations teams; maintain ageing reports • Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments and maintain updated AR records. Accounts Payable (AP) • Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and operational payments in Tally. • Verify bills, ensure approvals as per process, and maintain timely disbursement schedules. Financial Compliance & Reporting • Ensure MCA filings, P&L, and balance sheet preparation in coordination with statutory auditors. • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, ensuring timely filing and accuracy. • Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other management reports. • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Budgeting & Expense Monitoring • Support the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and track actual vs. budgeted spend. Vendor & Contract Management • Manage and negotiate vendor payments, maintain contract records, and ensure compliance with payment terms.
