Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Java Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience working in enterprise-level Java applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role will require strong technical leadership and a focus on performance optimization and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical leadership: guide the team, perform code reviews, unblock technical issues, and predict risks.
• Optimize performance of Java applications for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following best practices.
• Contribute to design and define/review implementation details of the features handled by the team.
• Display strong knowledge of design patterns.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout development.
• Consistently meet deadlines and project commitments.
• Actively engage in all development stages from planning, execution, delivery, and support.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practices.
