Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.
- Document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records of support incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest product developments and technical advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions swiftly.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in related areas (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) would be a plus.
- Experience in a customer service role in the tech industry.
- Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tech support or a similar role is preferred.
Environment
This role is based in Mumbai and may require working in a fast-paced office environment. Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate customer needs.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is 15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
