Job Summary
The Associate Director, Global Product Manager & Portfolio Tools will manage a global product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment. This role is crucial in ensuring that the product meets diverse regional needs while collaborating with stakeholders across markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a global product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the product meets diverse regional needs.
- Work closely with the development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and issues from global markets.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee a portfolio of tools related to demand management and other product and project management capabilities across Pharma Tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or related discipline).
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.
- Familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Mural, and Salesforce.
- Analytical skills to assess product performance metrics and user feedback.
- Experience in demand management and project management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master's in a related field).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or technology industry.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and demand management strategies.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management or related fields.

Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
