Job Summary
The Salesforce CPQ Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution, enabling the sales team to streamline the quoting process, enhance pricing accuracy, and improve overall sales efficiency. This role contributes to the organization's goals by ensuring that sales strategies are effectively implemented through the CPQ tool.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and IT teams to develop effective quote templates and pricing strategies.
- Manage user access and permissions within Salesforce CPQ.
- Provide training and support to end-users on best practices for using Salesforce CPQ.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of CPQ processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce CPQ functionality.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionalities and best practices.

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce CPQ certification preferred.
