Your Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy • Edit key pieces yourself to set the quality and pacing standards • Transform 60-75 minute live sessions into compelling 8-10 minute best-of compilations • Create vertical shorts (30-45 seconds) with strong hooks and clear captions for our 45+ audience • Build a systematic approach: live session → content selection → editing → thumbnails → publishing Team Building & Operations • Hire and manage a 3-person team: offline editor, graphics/thumbnail designer, and motion animator • Establish quality control processes, file naming conventions, subtitle workflows, and revision standards • Create and maintain our trailer/teaser toolkit for promotional content • Work closely with founders, showrunner, writers, and external partners Performance Optimization • Own thumbnail creation end-to-end, including A/B testing different variants • Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual standards • Monitor and optimize content performance metrics
