Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Twilio Developer with a focus on integrating Twilio with Salesforce (SF). The role involves migrating away from the existing messaging application, BPV, and requires an individual capable of ensuring smooth communication and functionality between systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration solutions between Twilio and Salesforce.
• Assist in the migration from the existing messaging application to Twilio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the integrated systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, specifically with Twilio.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration and API usage.
• Strong understanding of messaging applications and protocols.
• Skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Environment

• This is a remote position with required shift timings from 11:30 AM to 8 PM and 3 PM to 12 AM. The role requires 2 to 3 hours of overlap within the specified shifts.
