Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue & Funnel Ownership

    Own end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to booking Define and optimize stage-wise conversion metrics Reduce cost per qualified lead & cost per booking Identify funnel drop-offs and implement corrective actions

  2. Performance Marketing

    Lead digital marketing across Meta, Google & paid channels Manage and evaluate performance marketing agencies Review media plans, targeting, and campaign structures Drive creative optimization based on performance data

  3. CRM & Systems

    Own CRM pipeline architecture and hygiene Ensure accurate source tracking & data capture Implement lead scoring, automation & nurturing journeys Build and maintain dashboards for reporting

  4. Sales & Call Centre Alignment

    Define SLAs for response time & follow-ups Monitor call centre productivity & quality Align marketing with on-ground sales performance Ensure real-time CRM updates

  5. Reporting & Strategy

    Present monthly revenue and funnel reports to leadership Benchmark performance across projects Provide data-driven strategic recommendations

Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)
Cost per Booking
Site Visit Conversion Rate
Booking Conversion Rate
Funnel Drop-off Reduction
Lead Ageing Metrics
Campaign ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth / Revenue roles
Experience in high-ticket industries (Real Estate, BFSI, D2C, Automotive preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & Analytics tools
Experience managing agencies and multi-project funnels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and dashboards
