Job Summary

The Inventory and Supply Chain Operations position is pivotal to leading and optimizing supply chain processes for this growing e-commerce brand. The role focuses on managing inventory levels, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive inventory management initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction rates.
• Implement advanced inventory control systems and methodologies for effective demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure synchronization of logistics and inventory management strategies.
• Oversee logistics and fulfillment processes to align with the business growth objectives.
• Develop and manage e-commerce and quick commerce partnerships to enhance distribution efficiency.

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn from the founder.
• 1-3 years of experience working in early-stage startups within the supply chain, inventory, distribution, and logistics functions.
• Strong numerical skills and familiarity with inventory planning techniques.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logistics management and understanding of fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of current industry trends in e-commerce and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changes.

Experience

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably within an early-stage startup environment.

Environment

This position is based in a hybrid working environment located in Versova, Andheri (W), Mumbai.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is 5-10 LPA.
