Job Title Classification: Public M2 – M3 Member - Risk Team Band / Grade Department Risk Management Reports to SUMMARY: Chief Risk Officer This position will be responsible for Risk Management, implementing new initiatives, vendor risk assessment, assisting in developing policy/framework, monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will possess: ✓ Chartered Accountant / MBA with 2 to 4 years of experience in Risk Management or related field. General computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: ✓ Identifying risks, review of risk registers across all functions of the Company. ✓ Control testing, identifying deficiencies and follow-up for corrective actions or mitigations, basis the risk registers and other applicable frameworks. ✓ Formulating new policies (as applicable) & reviewing existing policies on timely basis considering the emerging risks and dynamic regulatory framework. ✓ Evaluating the quality of non-performing assets (NPAs) being purchased by the company, analysing borrower viability, and assessing the potential for recovery or any other risks. ✓ Implementing new age techniques to manage risk management function. ✓ Comprehensive risk reporting at appropriate levels. ✓ Manage day-to-day operational risk management activities such as risk and controls compliance, incident capture and analysis, and scenario analysis and planning.
