RESPONSIBILITIES
● Independently own and drive the performance marketing strategy across Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and revenue
growth.
● Develop data-driven campaign structures that maximize performance and minimize
cost per acquisition (CPA).
● Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to enhance ad creatives and
landing pages for higher conversion rates.
● Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives.
● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPL, CAC,
LTV, etc.).
● Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and ensure spend efficiency.
● Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in
performance marketing.
● Identify opportunities for new channels and growth experiments.
● Note: This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role – you will independently drive
execution, strategy, and optimization without managing a team.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
field. Also,Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar will be an advantage.
Experience:
● 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a core focus on performance
marketing.
● Prior experience working in an online product-based company is mandatory.
● Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns profitably.
● Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital ad
platforms.
● Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer,
etc.).
● Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from campaign data.
● Experience in managing multi-crore ad spends effectively.
● Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration
skills.
