Tech Lead (AEM forms )

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead with over 8+ years of work experience to take charge of our AEM Forms implementations. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and deploying Adaptive Forms using AEM technology. The ideal candidate will lead teams in architecting advanced AEM Adaptive Forms solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations and seamless integration with backend data sources and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AEM Adaptive Forms Implementations: Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of AEM Forms solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Adaptive Forms Design & Development: Create and manage adaptive forms based on various approaches including XFA Form templates, XML & JSON, and Form Data Models (FDM).
• Technical Architecture: Utilize in-depth knowledge of AEM Forms Evolution, Capabilities, Terminologies, and AEM Forms OSGi architecture/topologies to drive optimal design decisions.
• Form Customization & Scripting: Develop adaptive form expressions, panels, layouts, and navigational structures; build functions using rules and Java scripting.
• Fragment & Workflow Management: Create, manage, and localize adaptive form fragments with lazy-loading and databinding; design and implement workflow models (including custom workflows) for adaptive forms.
• Data Integration: Configure data sources, facilitate adaptive form pre-fill, implement server-side validations and REST API submissions, and ensure effective data saving to databases.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: 8+ years of proven industry experience.
• AEM Adaptive Forms Expertise: Hands-on experience with Adaptive Forms implementation, including familiarity with AEM Forms Evolution, Capabilities, and Terminologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AEM Forms installation, configuration, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AEM Forms OSGi Architecture and topologies.
  • Expertise in creating Adaptive Forms using XFA templates, XML, JSON, and FDM.
  • Experience with Adaptive Form Expressions, panels, layout designs, and navigational structures.
  • Ability to work with rules, Java scripting, and building reusable functions.
• Language Skills: Competence in managing multi-lingual forms.
• Additional Technical Skills: Insight into form data modeling including configuration of data sources and creation/using of FDM.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth experience with Adaptive Form Fragments including creation, management, localization, re-use, lazy-loading, and databinding.
• Proven track record in developing Adaptive Form Workflows with OSGi, including modeling stages, invoking workflows, and custom workflow creation.
• Expertise in adaptive form pre-fill techniques, server-side validations, and forms submission via REST APIs and data-model approaches.
