Job Summary

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll design and implement critical features of our SaaS platform, driving technical excellence in the legal domain, preferably in e-discovery. This role includes mentoring team members and advocating for best practices, while also ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in the US.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop major features, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
• Provide guidance during technical decision-making processes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate overall team capability.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for system efficiency.
• Contribute to long-term product and technical strategies, aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Expertise in modern frameworks and cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
  • Experience with React.js is a must.
  • Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the legal domain, especially with e-discovery systems, is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in software engineering with a focus on frontend technologies and architectures.

Environment

• Hybrid work environment with in-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday. May require overlap in working hours to facilitate communication with US stakeholders.
