Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Developer to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing strategies. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate software functionality.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing and development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.
• Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.
