The company converts petrol 2-wheelers into electric/hybrid at scale, offering affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. With 500+ vehicles already on-road and growing monthly demand (75+ vehicles in Bengaluru), the company is aggressively expanding across Karnataka and other states. Role Overview We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility. You&rsquo;ll manage the entire sales cycle &ndash; from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and after-sales follow-up. Key Responsibilities &bull; Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking. &bull; Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators. &bull; Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. &bull; Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support. &bull; Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback. &bull; Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. &bull; Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports. Candidate Profile &bull; Age: 22&ndash;36 years. &bull; Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field. &bull; Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred). &bull; Strong communication: Kannada &amp; Hindi required; English preferred. &bull; Must own a two-wheeler with valid license. &bull; Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel. &bull; Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales. &bull; CRM/software knowledge preferred.
