<div>Job Purpose:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>The Sales Development Representative is the initial interface between the Company&#39;s Customers/Prospects and Sales team. The SDR should be able to generate qualified leads for the sales team to pursue, through different outreach methods, including social(LinkedIn).</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities:</div> <div><br /> Generate Qualified Sales Opportunities and Pipeline for Sales team.<br /> &bull;<br /> Manage territories and account list with high degree of ownership.<br /> &bull;<br /> Ability to manage and execute daily Outbound calling and prospecting KPI&rsquo;s.<br /> &bull;<br /> Account and Prospect research to map relevant stakeholders, for quality engagements and follow-ups.<br /> &bull;<br /> Learn from existing SDR&rsquo;s on market potential and work on developing market base.<br /> &bull;<br /> Demonstrate experience in creating simple, precise pitch for Calls and Emails and LinkedIn InMail.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Have demonstrated engaging with C-level and VP-level connects for SaaS and ERP Software companies.<br /> &bull;<br /> Proven track record of generating consistent pipeline against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.<br /> &bull;<br /> Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information effectively in English and a local language.</div> <div>Skilful Objection handling on calls, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience working with sales, marketing and product team to understand and convey product value-add, benefits and outcomes to prospects/customers.<br /> &bull;<br /> Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Outreach.<br /> &bull;<br /> Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.<br /> &bull;<br /> Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal collaboration and external business activities.<br /> &bull;<br /> Able to work independently with minimum supervision.<br /> &bull;<br /> Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.<br /> &bull;<br /> Bachelor&#39;s degree in relevant technical or business field.<br /> &bull;<br /> Experience prospecting into Supply Chain &amp; Logistics head/decision makers is an added advantage.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
