We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Engineering Lead to lead the development and delivery of Agentic Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI technology and make a significant impact in an early-stage startup environment.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> •<br /> Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and execution.<br /> •<br /> Own the design, architecture, and scalability of enterprise-grade AI-driven products.<br /> •<br /> Ensure high-quality engineering standards, robust testing, and secure development practices.<br /> •<br /> Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.<br /> •<br /> Optimize performance, reliability, and security of AI applications in production environments.<br /> •<br /> Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for efficient development.<br /> •<br /> Identify bottlenecks, risks, and technical challenges, proactively resolving them.<br /> •<br /> Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.<br /> What We’re Looking For<br /> •<br /> 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering management role.<br /> •<br /> Proven experience building and scaling large-scale professional or enterprise products.<br /> •<br /> Strong expertise in backend architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and distributed systems.<br /> •<br /> Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.) and scalable system design.<br /> •<br /> Strong understanding of AI/ML-based applications is a plus.<br /> •<br /> Passion for building and growing high-performing engineering teams.<br /> •<br /> Excellent problem-solving skills, execution mindset, and ability to manage technical complexity.
