Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and close new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and growth.
- Product Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of BioDoc's biotech solutions to prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches and demos tailored to clients' hygiene and waste management needs.
- Market Development: Identify new market segments and develop strategies to reach decision-makers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client on-boarding and support.
