Job Title: Senior DocuSign CLM Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DocuSign CLM Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using DocuSign CLM and Salesforce. This role plays a critical part in streamlining contract workflows, ensuring seamless integrations with enterprise systems, and enhancing the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep experience with Salesforce and DocuSign CLM, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient DocuSign CLM solutions based on business requirements.

• Customize and configure DocuSign CLM to streamline contract management workflows and improve user experience.

• Lead integration efforts between DocuSign CLM and other enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, legal systems).

• Provide hands-on support, training, and technical guidance to users and team members to maximize platform adoption.

• Maintain system documentation including configurations, customizations, and workflow designs.

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Continuously monitor and optimize CLM processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.

• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices related to DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and contract management.

• Ensure data integrity and security across all integrated systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in CLM development and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CLM.

• In-depth knowledge of DocuSign CLM, including configuration, template creation, workflow automation, and API integrations.

• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.

• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Proven track record of mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified CLM Specialist or equivalent certifications.

• Experience integrating DocuSign CLM with enterprise platforms like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.

• Exposure to legal and procurement processes involving contract workflows.

• Knowledge of compliance and data privacy regulations relevant to contract management.
