Job Summary

The Lead Full Stack Developer will drive digital transformation by leading a team to develop and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration and high performance. Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Lead the development team and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scalability.
• Be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, including the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.
• Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth.
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.
• Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years in building large-scale software applications.
• Web Applications: Proven experience in building robust web applications.
• Shell Scripting: Proficiency in shell scripting.
• RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• SOAP Web Services: Experience in designing and integrating SOAP web services.
• Java Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks such as Angular, Struts, JSF, and Spring MVC.
• Java Development: Extensive knowledge in Java development, web services, and JavaScript.
• DevOps Tools: Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or other deployment tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Technical Skills:

  • Tomcat and WebSphere.

Environment

Work shift timings will be flexible to accommodate partial work from the office in the morning hours and evening availability until 12 PM EST for all global team discussions.
