Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Associate to manage and
scale Cumin Co.
’s presence across online marketplaces. Your primary responsibility will be
to ensure smooth operations, from product listings and inventory management to order
fulfillment and performance tracking. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to
Cumin Co.
’s growth by strengthening our visibility, sales, and customer experience on
platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce partners.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and
keywords.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely
replenishment.
Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and promotional activities.
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.

Resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations in coordination with the support
team.

Monitor marketplace policies and compliance to avoid penalties or delisting.
Generate reports on, availability, returns, account health and marketplace
performance for management.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations (D2C experience
preferred).
Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, similar.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with order management systems, seller portals, and e-commerce
dashboards.
