Your primary responsibility will be<br /> to ensure smooth operations, from product listings and inventory management to order<br /> fulfillment and performance tracking. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to<br /> Cumin Co.<br /> ’s growth by strengthening our visibility, sales, and customer experience on<br /> platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce partners.<br /> Job Description<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).<br /> Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and<br /> keywords.<br /> Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely<br /> replenishment.<br /> Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and promotional activities.<br /> Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.<br /> ●<br /> Resolve customer queries, returns, and escalations in coordination with the support<br /> team.<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Monitor marketplace policies and compliance to avoid penalties or delisting.<br /> Generate reports on, availability, returns, account health and marketplace<br /> performance for management.<br /> Requirements:<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations (D2C experience<br /> preferred).<br /> Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, similar.<br /> Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.<br /> Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br /> Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Familiarity with order management systems, seller portals, and e-commerce<br /> dashboards.<br /> Good to Have:<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Experience with pricing and promotions on marketplaces.<br /> Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings.<br /> Exposure to logistics and supply chain operations in e-commerc
