Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Own and manage relationships with existing and past clients, proactively re-engaging them to identify new consulting needs, follow-on work, and repeat mandates
  2. Work closely with Partners and consulting teams to convert relationship-led leads into proposals and signed engagements, supporting pitches, commercials, and upsell discussions
  3. Conduct in-depth research on client organizations and their industries, including business models, competitive landscape, market trends, and growth drivers, to deeply understand client needs
  4. Track client business priorities, leadership changes, and strategic developments through periodic check-ins and secondary research
  5. Maintain structured engagement with key clients even after project closure to ensure continuity, trust, and future collaboration
  6. Manage the CRM and client pipeline, tracking outreach, follow-ups, revenue pipeline, closures, renewals, and relationship health for leadership reporting
