We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who thinks like a business owner—someone who can design and run full‑funnel growth engines, connect insight to execution, and compound results across channels.


The role

You will own revenue growth end to end for one or more Kerala Ayurveda business verticals.

This is not a channel‑specialist role. You’ll be the single owner of growth outcomes—responsible for demand generation, conversion, retention, and lifetime value—working across paid, organic, content, CRM, CRO, and analytics.

Your mandate: build scalable growth systems, not one‑off campaigns.


What you’ll do

Own the growth charter

  • Own core growth metrics: revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, repeat rate, and contribution margin.
  • Build a clear growth model for assigned business verticals.
  • Define growth priorities, channel mix, and a scaling roadmap.
  • Identify and unblock growth constraints across traffic, conversion, retention, pricing, supply, or ops.

Paid acquisition (performance with discipline)

  • Own and scale paid channels (Google, Meta, and emerging platforms).
  • Build full‑funnel campaigns for product sales, clinic consultations, and education program leads.
  • Run structured experimentation across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnel design.
  • Balance speed with ROI—no blind budget scaling.

Organic growth & demand generation

  • Own SEO strategy and build a high‑intent content engine.
  • Drive product‑led and problem‑led content across blogs, FAQs, videos, and educational assets.
  • Focus on organic traffic that converts, not vanity reach.

CRM, retention & lifecycle marketing

  • Design and optimise lifecycle flows across onboarding, post‑purchase, repeat, cross‑sell, and reactivation.
  • Improve retention and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing, not spam.

Analytics, attribution & decision‑making

  • Build and own growth dashboards for leadership.
  • Track funnels, cohorts, and attribution paths to guide decisions.
  • Use data to choose what to double down on—and what to kill.

Cross‑functional execution

  • Work closely with Brand, Content, Tech, Product, and CRM teams to translate insights into action.
  • Ensure growth ideas are executed end‑to‑end, not lost in hand‑offs.

Build the growth muscle

  • Hire, manage, and develop a lean growth team (performance, SEO, CRM, analytics).
  • Establish operating rhythms, experimentation frameworks, and learning loops.

Experimentation & AI adoption

  • Test new channels, formats, tools, and AI‑led workflows.
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts and evolving consumer behaviour.

Who this role is for

  • 6–9 years of hands‑on growth or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong across paid, organic, and retention—you understand the full funnel.
  • Experience scaling D2C or services‑led businesses with accountability for outcomes.
  • Deeply data‑driven, structured, and commercially sharp.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
  • A business thinker—not just a channel operator.

Must‑have experience

  • 3–4+ years in D2C or consumer businesses.
  • Scaling paid media budgets responsibly.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Exposure to CRM, funnels, and retention systems.
