CRM + Ecom operations Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Ecommerce & Operations. 1. Overseeing CRM person for all customer & user queries across all channels 2. Assist merchandising team with masters & data analysis 3. Logistics -checking of courier charges, COD payment reconciliation- with accounts, Service Level Agreement & TAT reports 4. Listing of products across - Shopify and other Marketplace channels. 5. Optimizing supply chain: Planning, forecasting, replenishment inventory. 6. Updating All Channels Sales Reports as and when required 7. Working with Ecom head to manage, Proper Listing, Understanding ROI, and understanding payper-click management. 8. Working on Website analytic and management 9. Report preparation and evaluation and understanding of MIS structures to create efficient and precise reports for business. 10. Cataloguing & merchandise management, ( Website & Market place cataloging) 11. Shopify Cataloging - new collections uploads, celebrity product creation 12. Maintaining website hygiene - price updates, Instagram/UGC updates 13. Planning & executing emails & SMS along with the retention marketing manager 14. Shopify banner ideation & execution along with e-commerce manager 15. Daily order processing - COD confirmations, invoice, shipment & manifest generation 16. Return management 17. Involvement in website stock planning as per previous month/quarter sales and new trends along with e-commerce manager 18. Link in bio updates (new launches, RTS, etc) 19. Auditing of the online stock . Skills Analytical approach − Promptness − Enthusiasm/Motivation − Ability to manage conflicts under pressure − Time management and Organizational behavior You understand online marketing tools for SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Google Analytics. Good at coordination & communication – Internally and externally Understanding of commercial awareness. Strong interest in e-commerce and salesmanship. 3 to 5 years of merchandising or controlling experience, preferably in an E-commerce environment. Luxury fashion acumen and knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients across multichannel and multimodal (telephone, live chat, web, social media and email) contact environment. Knowledge in following software’s: Microsoft Excel, Magento/Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM Software. Should be flexible, ambitious, competitive, humble, open-minded and a fast learner.
