Job Summary

The Tech Lead role focuses on guiding and managing projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This role is pivotal in driving AI/ML initiatives within the organization and ensuring successful project delivery. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing client relationships, and leveraging Generative AI tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and oversee the implementation of AI/ML technologies in various projects.
• Lead initiatives involving Generative AI, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications, incorporating feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate on projects that require deep understanding and application of fine-tuning and prompt engineering in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices for AI/ML project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML Technologies: Proven overall experience working with various AI/ML technologies.
• Project Contributions: Demonstrated contributions to AI/ML initiatives within previous organizations.
• Generative AI: Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks, showcased through specific projects.
• LLM Fine-tuning: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience working with diverse stakeholder levels, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
• Client Management: Strong experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and their application in AI/ML projects.
