Role Overview

We are hiring a VP/Sr Director – Product to own the end-to-end Personal Loans (PL) product portfolio, covering the entire customer journey and experience across the Moneyview Loans app and partner platforms. This role is responsible for driving conversion efficiency and customer experience, while jointly owning business outcomes with Credit and Business leaders.

This is a P&L-influencing role with deep accountability for funnel performance, execution quality, and long-term product scalability in a regulated lending environment.

Key Responsibilities

PL product journey, Funnel and Business Outcomes

Own -

Entire PL customer journey across App and Partner Platforms: Discovery, Application, KYC, and underwriting touchpoints, Offer presentation and acceptance, Disbursal, and servicing
Conversion funnel, TAT and costs across the product journey
Integrations with external platforms for customer acquisition
Integrations with NBFCs and Banks for capital supply
Jointly own disbursal volumes, revenue outcomes, and unit economics with Credit and Marketing

Product Roadmap Strategy

Own the PL product roadmap across customer journeys, platforms, external partners and internal systems
Lead executive-level roadmap reviews, trade-off discussions, and prioritization decisions
Ensure roadmap alignment across Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance

Credit Policy Enablement and Compliance

Partner closely with Credit and Risk teams to translate credit policy into intuitive customer experiences
Partner closely with Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance

 

Leadership & Org Building

Lead and mentor a team of  Product Managers and Analysts
Set product vision, success metrics, and execution standards
Act as a strong cross-functional leader with Engineering, Data, Business, Risk, Ops, and Compliance

What We’re Looking For

12+ years of product management experience; 4–6+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong experience building and scaling consumer lending or fintech products
Proven ownership of conversion funnels and business-linked metrics
Comfortable operating in regulated environments
