Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services will serve as an Active Directory Engineer responsible for providing Level 3 support for multiple customers in a global delivery model. This role involves delivering 24x7 rotational remote support from one of the Global Delivery Centers based in India, ensuring the smooth operation and management of Active Directory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Active Directory and related technologies for a diverse customer base.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory domain controllers, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis and perform problem management to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure the overall security of the Active Directory domain and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with teams to configure and manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Entra Connect.
• Utilize scripting knowledge in VB Script and PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Certifications: MCSE and ITIL V3 Foundation certifications are preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent customer handling and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Willingness to work on 24x7 rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory Application Mode (ADAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Quest Recovery tools.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Entra Connect troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with migration tools such as ADMT, Quest ODM, and Binary Tree.

Experience

• At least 7-9 years of relevant industry experience in Active Directory and supporting technologies.
• Experience in operational outsourcing and global customer remote management.

Environment

• Work setting is hybrid, with opportunities to work remotely or in-office.
• Locations include Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, and Gurugram.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,400,000 per annum.
