Job Description

Key Responsibilities   ● Drive inbound conversion and outbound proactive calling campaigns targeting dairy

  and crop farmers across Karnataka and South India.

  ● Own CRM operations on LeadSquared — automated workflows, lead nurturing,

  pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards.

  ● Manage integrated outreach across voice, WhatsApp, and SMS using platforms like

  Exotel and Gupshup.

  ● Lead, roster, and performance-manage a team of 30 plus on-site and remote

  telecallers.

  ● Design and deliver product and sales training for new telecallers — both on-site and

  remotely.

  ● Manage third-party telecalling agencies — briefing, quality monitoring, and SLA

  accountability.

  ● Maintain daily and weekly reporting on customer satisfaction, calls made, conversion

  rates, and revenue generated.
