<div>Job Description of Engineering Manager<br /> For Claims Digital Transformation Team<br /> As an Engineering Manager, you will be working on digital transformation projects from start<br /> to finish. This essentially means you need to provide technical leadership to drive necessary<br /> solutions. You will be required to liaise with people from different backgrounds from<br /> management to designers and programmers in the IT Department to ensure that the project<br /> meets the needs of the organization and the people who will be using it.
