Job Summary
The Regional Manager (Retail Sales) is responsible for overseeing the retail sales operations within a designated region, aiming to maximize profitability and expand market presence. This role demands a proactive approach to sales strategy development, competitor analysis, and network expansion, ensuring that Euler Motors continues to lead in the electric vehicle market.
Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales operations across multiple city outlets to ensure profitability and effective financial oversight.
- Analyze competitor information regarding pricing, discounts, finance schemes, and retail trends in the market.
- Create and implement festival and tactical schemes to boost retail sales.
- Develop expertise in commercial three-wheelers and related product knowledge.
- Formulate and execute Go-To-Market strategies for various vehicle domains, including Passenger, Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV), Medium Commercial Vehicles, and Large Commercial Vehicles.
- Develop and maintain networks in urban, semi-urban, and rural territories while focusing on dealer development both qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Build and lead diverse teams across different regions to enhance business management and dealer development.
- Oversee B2B and B&C sales initiatives, as well as rural sales and network expansion projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years in a regional management role, particularly in retail sales.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in local languages relevant to the operational region.
- Strong financial acumen related to profit and loss management.
- Expertise in developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of commercial three-wheelers and their markets.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficient in network development strategies across various terrains.

- Familiarity with various types of commercial vehicles and their market dynamics.
