Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Manager who will embody the voice of Agilitas for aspiring candidates. This role transcends traditional recruiting by focusing on storytelling, matchmaking, and constructing our future through exceptional hires. The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a vital role in attracting top talent, communicating Agilitas's values to prospective employees, and guaranteeing that every candidate experience aligns with our brand and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Talent Funnel: Drive end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles including design, product, sales, and supply chain.
  • Identify and Engage Talent: Meaningfully engage top talents and close open roles with agility.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and execute initiatives that position Agilitas as a desirable workplace through job postings, social media, hiring campaigns, and events.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction—from outreach to interviews and follow-ups—is personal, respectful, and reflective of our culture.
  • Hiring Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and create effective evaluation processes.
  • Talent Intelligence: Stay informed about the talent market, understanding where top candidates can be found, their priorities, and how to effectively reach them.
  • Recruitment Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to create dashboard reports, track acceptance ratios, and conduct data analysis for improving recruitment processes.
  • Offer Management: Manage cost-to-company (CTC) structuring and negotiations to ensure competitive offers.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-growing consumer brands or start-ups.
  • Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Candidate Experience, Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruitment Campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of Recruitment Tools, Talent Market Research, and strong Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Relationship Building, Storytelling, and Operational Skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a Fast-paced Environment and align with Brand Values.
  • Strong skills in Trust Building, Agility, and Hiring Manager Collaboration.
  • Familiarity with HR Software to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Alignment with the company’s values of Ambition, Trust, and Joy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing recruitment campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and talent engagement strategies.

Experience

3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields.
