Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ALM professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of applications – from planning and development through to testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role contributes directly to ensuring that our lifecycle management processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. Candidates must be available to join within 15 days from the offer date. The application deadline is May 21, 2025, 18:30 IST. The position is available at offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Kochi.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ALM strategies: Design and maintain robust processes for the end-to-end application lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work with design, development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.
  • Monitor and improve lifecycle processes: Regularly assess and optimize existing procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Manage risk and compliance: Ensure all lifecycle activities adhere to industry standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables: Establish clear milestones and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship: Guide team members on best practices in ALM and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, or equivalent); advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an ALM or related role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools and software.
  • Project Management: Proven skills in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to assess current processes and implement improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments and using agile ALM tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Risk Management: Prior experience in regulatory and compliance aspects of application management.
  • Leadership: Prior experience in mentoring and leading teams.
  • Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of integrated ALM platforms and version control systems.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ALM or a similar field.
  • Experience in managing the full application lifecycle in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  • Work Setting: Full-time role with office presence required in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Kochi.
